  3. At RespeCT Hoops we’ve seen the best results when trainers remain true to themselves. All sessions will be relaxed and relatable. With an intense focus on accountability and owning one’s learning, we hold that bar for everyone we train. 
  4. We are firm believers in the moment when the light bulb goes off. That’s what keeps us going! Imparting knowledge is what we do but seeing the knowledge translate is the reason we do what we do.
