Victor Joshua - Owner, CEO, Performance Coach

Victor was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut to Victor and Constance Joshua. He grew up with a love for the game, following in his fathers footsteps traveling to numerous gyms watching him play. After a long stint at the Foote School in New Haven (K-9). Victor was a 3 year starter at Hamden Hall Country Day School in Hamden, Connecticut, where he reached 1,000 points, and finished as the all time leader in assists in a game, season and career. He spent his summers playing with one of the best AAU programs on the East Coast in East Coast Elite which has turned into WE-R1. From there he was recruited to play basketball in college and chose Saint Anslem College in Manchester, New Hampshire where he played off the bench as a freshman...Click to see full bio

Darren Payen - Head of Strategic Planning, Performance Coach

University of Vermont 17'

Darren Payen is from Milford, Connecticut, where he was involved in the community at an early age playing on many sports teams. Its hard to miss Darren who stands 6'9", he took notice around CT quickly. Payen finished his high school career at Hamden Hall Country Day School where he was a 1st team All-NEPSAC selection for two years. There he was a 1000 point scorer averaging 18 pts, 11 rebs and 7 blocks, and is currently the All Time Blocks leader in a season. Kiana Steinauer - Volunteer Performance Coach

Kiana Steinauer is currently a forward at Southern Connecticut State University at which she has received multiple accolades. She has held the title of Women’s Basketball Division II Player of the Week and  ECAC Region Women’s Basketball Player of the Month while playing on the NE 10 First Team All Conference. Michael Mallory - Performance Coach

Mallory is a Waterbury native who has excelled on the court from a young age, following in his fathers footsteps who played professionally as well. Brandon Sherrod - Performance Coach

Yale University 16'

Sherrod a Bridgeport native, was a NEPSAC first team selectional Choate Rosemary Hall and the 2010 Connecticut Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior at Stratford High School. He was also named the CHSCA and New Haven Register state player of the year in 2010. As a two-time all-state selection, Sherrod Averaged 16 points, 14.5 rebounds and six blocks as a senior. He also recorded six triple doubles and holds the Stratford High School record for blocked shots. Tavon Allen - Performance Coach

Tavon Allen is a New Haven, Connecticut native. He played his highschool career at Hillhouse where he was named to the New Haven Register All-Area Team and was an All-SCC selection. After Hillhouse he did a prep year at Worcester Academy where he was offered a scholarship to Drexel University. Eric Anderson - Performance Coach

Eric is a talented big who had a historic career at University of New Haven. He's a mobile, athletic four/five who is an excellent defender and rebounder with consistent range out to eighteen feet. Eric is a former D-II All-American and three-time Northeast-10 Conference Defensive Player of the Year, and excels both in pick-and- pop sets, facing the basket, and regularly continues offensive possessions with exceptional rebounding positioning and productivity.
